JK Paint did a phenomenal job with cleaning, prepping & caulking, and painting the house. It was smooth from start to finish. The crew, lead by Bernardino, cleaned up everyday, friendly and even said hi to the dogs. Richie, the field manager checked on the progress several times during the painting, and was great to work with. Thanks so much guys!

We had JK Painting restain/seal our cedar siding, refresh the exterior paint, and restain our porch & deck railings. They did a great job! From the initial assessment/estimate with Andrew to scheduling with Gabi and finally the job performed by Jose and his crew, we appreciated their professional and speedy service. The crew did a great job ensuring our property was protected while also ensuring the job was completed efficiently. Thank you!

We had JK Paint replace one window trim around our bathroom window, about 6 pieces of cracked Hardie board, and a complete exterior paint on our home. The project was a reasonable price and was finished in 4 days after being told approximately one 5 day work week. The power wash and sanding and scraping was done well, caulking was done fine also, the paint itself was applied nicely with two coats throughout and looks great. They noticed a few rotted pieces of trim wood while working and we had those replaced as well. Cleanup was good, with one little piece of masking paper accidentally missed. Communication was pretty good. Overall it was a good paint job at a fair price.

JK paint did an EXCEPTIONAL job on our house and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!! My first meeting was with Andrew who detailed the process so well and walked around the entire house with me making sure he knew exactly what I wanted. His estimate was very prompt and a great price. Gabi the project coordinator gave me a lot of great timelines and connected me with a color consultant, Lisa who helped me choose my final colors. Choosing colors is overwhelming so she really helped narrow down the options. The first day of the project, I met Jose, the field manager who was extremely thorough in setting up his crew with labels to show which colors went where on the house. Jose communicated with me everyday of the project either by text if I wasn’t home or an in person chat if I was. He was always very prompt in responding to my requests and questions. And last but not least, the incredible painters: Erik and Diego. Thank you for your attention to detail, fantastic painting skills and hard work. They had a lot of prep work with scraping, caulking etc. and always had the job site cleaned up at the end of the day. Erik and Diego were always friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend JK paint for any of your painting needs!!

We contacted JK Paint after seeing their work on our neighbor's house. The consult and estimate from Andrew was very thorough with zero pressure, so we felt confident moving forward. Their service includes a color consult and Becca was so helpful in narrowing our preferences. Gabi in the office made sure we knew how to reach out with questions and even better, the field manager, Jose, checked in with us often. Jose met us on site several times to make sure the project was going well. We were able to relay basic questions with the crew lead, Ramon, and he was great in following up with Jose. Ramon, Efrain, and Rigoberto knocked this project out so fast! They didn't cut any corners though, scraping, washing, and caulking the whole house before taping so that there was no overspray. They even hung our skeleton back up. ha! We are very happy with the outcome and can rest easy this winter when the rain starts pelting our south-facing siding. I wish the "before" photo of the brown paint was clear enough to show how poor the condition of the paint was but the "after" of our new green shades is clearly so much better.

We’ve used JK painting twice and will use them again for any future needs. The first was a full exterior, including siding, trim, and staining. The second was some interior walls and kitchen cabinets. The end result is incredible. Special shout-outs to the crew, Jose, Manuel and Claudio for doing such a great job as well as Gabi (Project Coordinator) and Jose (Field Manager) for scheduling and overseeing the project. We highly recommend JK for and project!

We had JK Paint and their head painter Cesar and crew paint our house and replace massive damaged trim around the outside. The crew did a great job and was super receptive to our comments and requests. They helped us pick the Tuscan colors we were searching for to give our home the Italian feel we were hoping to accomplish. Their rates are amazing and staff was easy to work with and coordinate with. PM onsite Richie was wonderful, got back to us quickly and made sure our touch ups were done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! We are planning to use them again for any additional siding work and for
Our front door restain!

What an awesome find for a local paint company! Let me tell you about all the great people.

Jake was the one that first came out and looked at our project 2-3 times before it started. He was awesome, patient and flexible as we talked through all of the details.

Then Gabi was sending out great information as the project start date was coming. This helped us make sure our property was ready for the pressure washing and painting.

Then the main crew was wonderful. Juan, Alfredo and Domingo were all so nice, fun and professional. They showed so much care as they cleaned up the exterior, prepped all of the surfaces and protected all of the spaces around the exterior.

It was always fun and easy to check in with these guys each day. Even when we added a couple small aspects of the project - they were flexible and ready to take on things we didn’t anticipate.

Lastly - Jose was great as well. He would stop by each day of the project and give us an idea of what to expect each day, clarified details and answered questions, and then gave us updates on how soon the project would be complete.

Overall - all of the staff were so professional and easy to communicate with. Additionally they quoted us at 7-10 days for the entire exterior painting project. They completed it in 5 days. Jose also made sure that if we noticed anything that might have been missed that they would take care of it immediately.

Anyone who’s looking for a challenging exterior painting project - I would not hesitate to recommend JK Paint.

Thanks again everyone!

JK Paint just completed our home exterior paint and my wife and I are extremely happy. Cesar, Cesar Jr., Daniel, & Cristian all worked nonstop. They were respectful, detail oriented, eager to please, and true craftsman in their field. My wife and I were impressed with how much pride they took in their work. The field manager (Jose) checked in every morning to ensure all expectations were being met. Every time there wasn’t much to discuss as the team would frequently check in and allow us to give feedback to ensure the work completed was to our satisfaction. David our project manager was a pleasure to work with. Overall we would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you all for your good work.

From the start to the finish, these people are professional! Our first walk around convinced me we would be well taken care of. There were a few siding issues which I thought would have been problematic but the person doing the walk around found more than I knew about and fixed everything. The paintwork itself was excellent, the guys picked up every evening and left the final day with nothing I would have had to do clean up! From the very beginning to the end, they were friendly, polite, hardworking and conscientious. All of our friends know how pleased we are and our 30 neighbors in the loop have complimented the job. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks JK!!

J&K Painting painted the exterior of our 2-story house. The crew was efficient and very careful to clean up at the end of each day. The crew supervisor checked in daily to be certain we had no questions. The final product looks beautiful. They even sent a consultant to help us pick up color for our front door. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any painting needs.

JK did a wonderful job painting our house. They were very quick and professional with constant communication every step of the way. Andrew was fantastic to work with to get our estimate and answered our questions along the way. Jose, the field manager, was very prompt and professional every day, always making sure to keep us up to date. His crew, Catarino, Valerio, and Cristina were also fantastic, and went above and beyond the leave the area cleaner than they found it. Their prices were very reasonable but we felt they went above and beyond.

We hired jk paint to repaint the exterior of our old house about a month ago now. Jose's crew was very fast and efficient. They had to defer work for two days due to rain, but Jose kept us informed and was available to answer questions. They put out all the tarp for the lead paint removal and cleaned up well.
The crew was very hard working and got the job done quickly, arriving early and staying late to get the job done which we really appreciated.
We love how the new colors look and appreciated that they provided an expert color consultant to help us pick the perfect shades.

JK Paint did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The crew was kind and courteous throughout the entire process. The field manager was great about acknowledging any concerns or touch-ups we had and addressing them quickly.

We’ve used JK in the past for interior staining on our stairs and trim and were just as impressed with their level of care and attention to detail. Their pricing is very reasonable and we also really appreciate their referral program and the thoughtful extras they provided at the end of the project as a thank you.

Highly recommend!

JK Paint just finished painting the exterior of our house and we are quite pleased with the result. The 3-person team was as fussy about details as we would have been had we done the job ourselves. They were a delight to have on the property. We would definitely welcome them back!

The JK Paint scheduling process works well. The scope of work was more thorough than we expected, the color consultant was helpful, and the start date was flexible. As soon as weather forecasts promised a week of ideal painting weather, they began prepping the house.

Everything about this project exceeded expectations. We recommend JK paint with enthusiasm.

[I neglected to mention that the painters literally tiptoed through the tulips to avoid crushing flowers that were growing near the foundation - that’s how careful they were!]

JK team painted the exterior of our 1912
3 story house with careful attention to detail.
They also painted several rooms inside and were patient and easy with all the final details including helping clean a heavy metal air intake vent that had gotten paint dust in all the crevices !
We had them return to do some extra areas and Jose noted on the after walkthrough that a step needed to be repaired and set a date to get it taken care of.

They are really great to work with!!! I highly recommend!

If you are reading these reviews because you are looking for a painting contractor that does quality work at a reasonable price, then stop searching, you have found them. We contacted JK Paint & Contracting for an estimate to paint the cabinets in our Butler’s Pantry. The estimator who came out to see our project was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. After seeing what we wanted he gave us a detailed overview of the work they would do from start to finish. Unlike an earlier estimate we got that included painting the inside of the cabinets, he took the time to explain why we should not do that. The estimate was very reasonable, much less than we expected, and they could start within two weeks. A week later they contacted us and said they could start the next day. Three painters showed up to prep and remove the cabinets. They did a fantastic job of taping and covering the walls, floor and ceiling in the pantry area. They even protected the floor from foot traffic from the front door to the pantry. They too were very friendly, courteous and really did a thorough job of protecting our belongings. By early afternoon everything was protected and doors were taken to be painted. The next day they painted everything and installed all the doors and drawers. They took extra time to align, adjust and tweak everything to the point where they operated much better than before. We are extremely happy with the work they did, the team that did it and the price we paid. We will use JK Paint & Contracting for our next painting project.
